Welcome to the CurrentCare for Me update page!

Stay informed of important announcements related to CurrentCare for Me. 

New in September 2021

We have completed a large system upgrade that will help us provide you with a better CurrentCare for Me experience in the coming months and years. New benefits include:

  • Your most recent Lab results and Diagnostic Imaging results will now be shown at the top of those tabs, so you can quickly access the latest information.
  • You can now change the email address associated with your CurrentCare for Me account (My Account –> Preferences)
  • Designees with Full Access are still able to view patient’s Health Records. Visit riqi.org/CC-patient to learn more about designees and designee alerts.

The following have been resolved:

Forgot Username or Password

“Forgot your username or password?” is now available.

Mobile Access (cell phones)

“Health Records” tab is now available when using mobile devices (cell phones).

On all mobile devices, selecting “Health Records” then “Category” gave an error

“Health Records” –> “Category” is now available when using mobile devices (cell phones).

Enrolling in CurrentCare for Me is now available again.

Outstanding Issue

On some Apple devices (ipads and iphones), keyboard will not pop up when entering password (or username and password) RIQI is assessing potential fixes for this issue. Please see suggested workaround to the right.

Suggested workaround:

  • First tap in the Password box and enter your password
  • Then tap in the Username box and enter your username
  • Tap Login

Note for Safari, if the above does not work:

  • Switch to a Mobile view (tap ‘AA’ in the top toolbar, then tap ‘Request Mobile Website’)
  • Then complete the workaround above.
